In addition, starting April 2023, if you also want a DVD copy of the documentary, please fill out this form with your name and mailing address and a DVD will be sent to you. DVD’s require a minimum $25.00 donation. Please allow 3 weeks for shipping and handling. Offer ends December 31, 2023.
